In order to be considered for membership in PCIBA, your business must fall within the following criteria:
* Individual ownership (not publicly traded)
* An independent business owned and operated in Putnam County, New York.
* Putnam County is defined by the following towns: Brewster, Carmel , Cold Spring, Garrison, Lake Peekskill , Mahopac, Mahopac Falls , Patterson, Putnam Valley and Southeast.
* Owner must reside within 30 miles of the registered PCIBA Headquarters
* Businesses are limited to a maximum of six(6) locations. Exceptions will be reviewed on a case by case basis by the membership committee. Franchises are not considered an independent business.
* Owner must have full decision-making power for business
* Members arer equired to maintain reasonable participation in the PCIBA’s functionality.
* Existing members are subject to revocation if the business or its owners participate in inappropriate behavior or unfair business practices.
* Approval of PCIBA board
* Membership dues ($100) paid in full
