In order to be considered for membership in PCIBA, your business must fall within the following criteria:
Individual ownership (not publicly traded)
An independent business owned and operated in Putnam County, New York.
Putnam County is defined by the following towns: Brewster, Carmel , Cold Spring, Garrison, Lake Peekskill , Mahopac, Mahopac Falls , Patterson, Putnam Valley and Southeast.
Businesses are limited to a maximum of six(6) locations. Exceptions will be reviewed on a case by case basis by the membership committee. Franchises are not considered an independent business.
Owner must have full decision-making power for business
Members arer equired to maintain reasonable participation in the PCIBA’s functionality.
Existing members are subject to revocation if the business or its owners participate in inappropriate behavior or unfair business practices.
Approval of PCIBA board
Membership dues ($100) paid in full
