In order to be considered for membership in PCIBA, your business must fall within the following criteria:
- Individual ownership (not publicly traded)
- An independent business owned and operated in Putnam County, New York
- Putnam County is defined by the following towns: Brewster, Carmel , Cold Spring, Garrison, Lake Peekskill , Mahopac, Mahopac Falls , Patterson, Putnam Valley and Southeast.

Owner must reside within 30 miles of the registered PCIBA headquarters
- Businesses are limited to a maximum of six(6) locations. Exceptions will be reviewed on a case by case basis by the membership committee.
- Owner must have full decision-making power for business
- Approval of PCIBA board
- Membership dues ($229) paid in full

1) Criteria subject to change without notice.
2) Existing members that fail criteria are subject to membership revocation with no refund of membership dues.
