Hello and thank you for visiting! I was born in New York in 1952 and with my wife Karen have lived and raised our family in Putnam County since 1986. As a Realtor in New York since 1975 I have seen many changes in how real estate is bought and sold and experienced several different buyer's & seller's markets.

For a number of years now, northern Westchester and Putnam Counties have been experiencing a strong seller's market. During this period home prices have soared and the ranks of real estate agents have swelled. The results of this is that there are few agents around who remember the last buyer's market, let alone have had success marketing homes in one.

While many homeowners and their agents are struggling with this change in market conditions, it is my goal, as an experienced seller's market expert, to assure my clients that they will achieve their real estate goals.
