Q: How do I login?
You must be a PCIBA member to login. Contact the PCIBA for your username and password.
Q: How do I create an account?
Member accounts are created by the PCIBA. Each PCIBA member is assigned a username and password. Contact the PCIBA for your username and password.
Q: Why can’t I create my own?
For now, that facility is disabled until further notice. The PCIBA will create a profile for PCIBA members.

Q: I am using my username and password, by I can’t seem to login.
1. Please make sure you are using the correct username and password.
2. Please make sure you have ‘cookies’ enabled in the browser you are using.
Q: How do I know I’m logged in?

Q: How do I edit my profile?
You must login first. After logging in, you will now notice a NEW navigation bar has appeared at the top of the page you are viewing. You should see the following tabs: ‘PCIBA : MyAccount : Notifications’
Mouse over the tab ‘My Account’ and a drop-down menu will appear. From here, you can edit your profile and change your Avatar (company logo). Specs for the Avatar are 154X154 pixels in either jpeg, png or gif format.
Q: When I search for my business by ‘Keywords’ I don’t show up..
Like a search engine, it is important that your business profile contains ‘keywords’ that explain your business. This will help site visitors to find services by keywords.
Go to your profile and add keywords to the custom field called ’5 Keywords or phrases that explain your business..’ If you are in the auto repair business use words like ‘auto repair, oil changes, state inspection, engine repair, tires, car batteries .. etc. Using keywords unrelated to your business is NOT recommended.
Q: When I view my account for the first time I don’t see anything?
The ‘Activity’ tab is the default setting when your profile is viewed by the public. This is meant to function like the facebook activity stream. You should post a comment or two to start your account showing ‘Activity’. Here are two examples:

Q: What can I post in my account?
As you can see from the Question above, you can post information related to your business, images to your gallery and even Videos! You can post up to 10 images (low res is preferred) in your ‘album’. Be creative and stay active. Try posting on a regular basis. This will help your rankings with top search engines such as Google, Yahoo and Bing.
Q: I don’t have time to post content in my profile?
Not to worry, the PCIBA can provide this service for you. Please contact us for more details.

Q: What kind of things are not allowed?
You can only post business related items. If you would like to share personal items that are related to your business – that’s OK. However, any misconduct, unprofessionalism, bad language, hateful, lude, rude, nude content .. and so on will result in termination of your account.
Q: How do I post to a forum?
You must be logged in to post and you must be a PCIBA member to login. You must also be a member of the forum ‘group’ to post to that group. Membership to a group is controlled by the group creator. Groups can only be created by a site admin or moderator. This is to cut down on spam.
Q: How do members join a group?
Simply select the group you’d like to participate in and select the button ‘Request Membership’. A request message will be sent to the group admin for approval.
